HSBC UNLAWFUL FORECLOSURES-STATE OF MISSOURI
"49 STATES CONSENT JUDGMENT"
This site is provided as a courtesy for the benefit of any of the HSBC Victims.
We have spent considerable time and effort in the MO Judicial System in an
effort to pursue damages that two MO Attorneys' General have advised us that we
are entitled to. This has been a very difficult endeavor which we believe is now
coming to a conclusion. All matters are still in the Courts and have not been fully
adjudicated. At this point we are continuing on without the help or assistance
of the MO Attorney General. It must be remembered, as shown by the attached
documents, the Attorneys' General gave us the status of "Victims". At that point
the current Attorney General has essentially said there is nothing more we can do
and you are on your own. We find this to be inconsistent with the documents.
This has been our biggest disappointment relative to the current MO Attorney General.
As you can see, by the attached documents, the Attorney General, as of this moment,
has declined to take any position that would further assist the Victims in this matter.
It should be pointed out that there were approximately 2600 HSBC Victims in Missouri.
While the Attorney Generals' latest ads espouse his commitment to MIssourians',
specifically the working folks, we have not at this point found that to be the case. The
Attorney General, when given the opportunity, has taken no steps to further assist the
HSBC Victims in this matter. This in spite of the fact that he is signatory to the final
agreement, which does provide for his intervention in certain circumstance.
In spite of the fact that he serves as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the State and
he is fully empowered within the "49 States Agreement", it has been his choice and
position that there is nothing else he can do. It is our belief that this position abandons
the 2600 Missouri Victims, us included.
